Peppers

Certified Organic since 2019. In 2021, we grew 15 different types of peppers. These ranged in heat from the delicious Poblano to the mild spice of Calabria and finally to the very rare heat of the Peruvian Charapita and super hot heat of the Reaper. We choose our varieties based on the unique flavor of each pepper and are happy to talk more about these beautiful fruits. Tesuque - 3 of 5 🔥

Our everyday sauce. This hot sauce is made with the Tesuque pepper, a traditional pepper that has been cultivated for generations by the people of the historic Tesuque Pueblo in New Mexico. Pronounced (teh-SOO-kay), the beauty of the pepper comes from its color, flavor and a mild heat that will make everyone want more. We like it with our breakfast eggs, burritos, or beans and rice. Friends use it like a marinade before roasting meats or pan cooking chicken.

Aji Peach - 4 of 5 🔥

Combining the subtle aroma and flavor of peach with the citrus taste of Ají Limon and the balanced heat of the famous Aleppo pepper. It tastes great before a beautiful heat comes on with a slow burn. We like it on tacos, fish, and veggie melts.
